(Long post!!!! But I cover everything I use).My hair has grown pretty fast in the last year and I wanted to share what I’ve been doing/using. I’m going to link everything so you can easily find the products. BTW all of these products you can get at local places like Walmart, Ulta, Target, & Walgreens so unless you would rather order them online, you can totally just go out and buy them without paying shipping! I’m linking them more so you can see what the product looks like so you know what you’re looking for! For years now I’ve been using the Not Your Mothers grow long and strong shampoo & conditioner. My hair was about the same length -maybe a little shorter - a couple years ago and I got it chopped off the summer of 2016 (so stupid). I soon realized I shouldn’t have done that and tried really hard to make it grow quicker. Eventually I got tired of obsessively wanting it long again so I just let it do it’s thing. I was still using the shampoo and conditioner but nothing else. I took biotin only when I remembered to. It’s just been in the last year that I started taking it every night & using other products to help. The Not Your Mothers shampoo and conditioner smells really good! I use it every time I wash my hair. I have to wash my hair about every 2 days and sometimes I can get away with going longer if I didn’t put any product in it in the days between. When I get out of the shower I dry my hair with my towel. While it’s damp I spray the NYM leave in conditioner in it. I spray in my roots and run it through my hair. I never blow dry it unless I’m in a hurry and needing to style it fast! My hair isn’t very high maintenance so I can go to sleep with it wet. I don’t have any problems with it laying funny or anything the next day. I have like a natural beach wave. I recently discovered these while shopping at Ulta a couple weeks ago!! It is a scalp and hair booster shot with 3 treatments included for $8.99. I was really excited because I haven’t ever seen these before! It’s a hair growth 'shot' that you pour all over your hair. I have only used two of them! I haven’t seen anywhere on the bottle or on the website how many times I should use them so I’m just going to use them every 2 weeks. When I get out of the shower and my hair is still damp I make sure and get this all over my scalp and rub it in with my fingers. I’ll comb through my hair with my fingers and get it all through my hair and then I’ll comb it out! I’ll get back with y’all on these. The reviews were all good so I’m excited to see if I can tell a difference soon or what!! I started taking biotin every night. Every. Single. Night!! I have an alarm on my phone to remind me. My hairdresser told me that you can take up to 10,000 MG but no more than that because you’ll just pee it out. Oh and only one capsule a day! Biotin is also great for nails. I have a bad bad habit of biting my nails (I know, disgusting!! I’m trying to stop) so I def notice my nails growing! Once a month I will put coconut oil in my hair. I bought a shower cap from Forever 21 but you can get cheap ones from Walmart.. they all work the same! After my shower I will brush my hair and then put coconut oil all through it. Then I’ll twist it up in a bun and put my hair cap on and go to sleep with it in! The next day I’ll wash it out. I always make sure I don’t have anything important to do in the next 4 days or so because it leaves my hair SO greasy for seriously like 3 days! So whatever you think you need to do! That’s just me though. This post was super long so I didn’t really go in depth about all the products like I would have liked to!! If you have any questions about anything I mentioned DM me on insta!! If you want to know any other products I use, like dry shampoo, heat protectant, and hairspray I use I will gladly let you know! Just DM me. This post is way too long to add all that in too lol! Basically this was a run down of hair growth products to try rather than the hair products I use in general! So if you’d like a blog post about any kind of product I use let me know!
As always, things that work for me may not work for you & vice versa! It doesn’t hurt to try though! If any of you try any of these let me know what you think of them! BTW this was my hair just a year ago! It came up on timehop the other day lol

XO, Cass
