GOOD SHOES TAKE YOU GOOD PLACES

Okay so today I’m talking SHOES! I have gathered the 3 most comfortable shoes I have (it was actually hard..most of them are comfy but these are the best!). I picked out 3 different styles: athleisure, dressy, & slouchy! I’m going to break them down by size, comfort, styling, and I will probably ramble about much more, but if you’re a regular here then you’re use to it.. (bless you!) :) I’ll start with the wedges. These are Pierre Dumas! So these are like a flat wedge if that makes sense? The arch is basically nothing! I can stand in these all day and be perfectly fine! I love leopard print & think it goes with everything so I style these with almost anything I can. My normal size is a 7.5-8 depending on style and brand. Sometimes I can be a 7. These are an 8 & I would recommend sizing down. They fit me perfect, but the strap is a little loose fitting. It has stretched over time and it can be a little hard to walk in them since the strap is looser. I will say these are a heavy shoe so it makes it a little harder to pick them up when I walk because of the strap. They make the flop sound.. you know what I mean? Like, they hit my heel every time lol. These are so dang cute with flare jeans! I’ve noticed I wear them most with my flare jeans, anyways. I have a pair of straight legged jeans that I’ve paired them with and I loved the look. Since the arch isn’t very high they fall in a perfect way on my foot. Next I’ll talk about the sneakers. These are Steve Madden and were on sale when I ordered them. They’re the lancer sneaker! My exact ones are sold out, but they come in grey, blush, black, light blue, white, and red! Even though mine are not available, I still decided to talk about them because they are super popular and come in a ton of other colors! These run big!!!!! I got an 8 in these and they are big on me. I have to tighten the strings really tight. I would recommend sizing a whole size down. These feel like the normal tennis shoe but have a different look than Nike or Adidas! I pair these with leggings (duh). Since these are different than a regular tennis shoe, I’ve paired them with a skirt and they were SO cute!! Lastly, these Steve Madden slip ons!!!! These fluffy slides are all the rage and at first I wasn’t here for it!! I found these on sale one weekend and I bought them because why not, they were on sale!! I started wearing them around the house as house slippers and was like “why do people like these.. they’re so uncomfortable?!” They are Steve Madden, so they’re more pricey than ones you’d get at Rue 21 or Walmart so I was confused on why they were so uncomfortable! As I wore them more and broke them in, I feel like they’re the most comfortable shoe I own!! I just needed to break them in! They have shaped to my foot and I never want to take them off. These are cute paired with leggings for a slouchy look & are so cute with a skirt. When it warms up to where I can wear sandals, I’m going to pair them with ripped denim, a graphic tee & a camo jacket! All of these are under $100 and the Pierre Dumas & slip ons are actually under $50! These are the shoes I’m always reaching for with different looks and I wanted to share!!
