SHIRT: GAP (couldn't find my exact shirt - similar here and here) | SKIRT: Sans Souci | SHOES: Sam Edelman (similar option here, LOVE these, though) | CROSS BODY: Old Navy | EARRINGS: Shop Maude (sold out but similar here and here)
Mixing patterns is a little risky and totally breaking the rules! It’s a good thing rules were meant to be broken, am I right?! Black & white stripes with olive has always been one of my all time favorite combos for fall styling, but leopard is always in style no matter what time of year! So I decided to put them together and I love the outcome. It’s always a good idea to step outside of your comfort zone and try wearing something different than you normally would! I’ve seen a lot of fashionistas mixing but I wasn’t sure about it. Now I am starting to think this is the perfect fall pattern mix!
Let’s talk about this skirt for a minute! It’s a total steal and so flattering! I have NEVER worn mini skirts in the past. I don’t really have a reason, I just didn’t! But in the last month I’ve bought three (?)! It’s such a more comfortable feel than jeans and is the easiest way to transition with this weather! I have tons of styling ideas for all three of them. You can make so many outfits with just one piece! Like.. sign me up!
